Breath —> Pre-Holidays 2026
You breathe about 20,000 times a day, yet most of us have very little awareness of the muscles involved, the ways we use (or don’t use) them, and the tremendous power that breathing has on our health, mood and state.
While this 4-week course will explore the anatomy and science of breathing, it is primarily focused on how the breath can be used to help us sense the subtle body and increase the amount of energy flowing through it.
If you would like to learn more about the yoga of breathing — the bhandas, energetics and state change — this course is for you.
Section 1 – Monday 17:00 / Nov 30 – Dec 21
Section 2 – Monday 19:00 / Nov 30 – Dec 21
The course takes place at my studio. Classes last 90 minutes.
The cost is €150. Space is limited to 9 participants per section.
