Hi, I’m Joey.

I’m a holistic yoga teacher interested in how yoga’s theories and practice support personal transformation.  On the one hand, this is about becoming more aware of the experience you are having right now.  On the other, it’s about opening and expanding your potential through movement, breath and reflection.

Day to day, I mostly teach how to use asana practice to connect to your power, to refine the quality of your awareness and to become more aware of the different levels of your self-experience.  This puts you in a higher energy state and gives you access to a deeper dimension of yourself.  Standing in that place, your life and its possibilities look different, and if you do this enough, you start to tell a different story.
