Grounded Stability —> Spring 2026 

This 10-week course focuses on awakening your feet, legs, hips and the pelvis, which collectively make up your literal, psychological and spiritual foundation.  Proper grounding into the feet awakens the legs, which awakens the pelvis, which awakens the core to improve both the quality of your breathing and spinal movements. This results in a feeling of steadiness and a quiet mind.

Each session will introduce the session topic and then explore it through a thematically focused asana practice.  This approach will give you tremendous insight into the state of your foundation, how it affects your core, and how to expand its dynamic potential. 

Topics include:

• The state of your foundation — feet to hips
• The shape of your pelvis and how it affects your core and spine
• How to ground into the feet, activate the low core and mobilise the lower spine
• How a stable and strong foundation affects the breath and the mind

Section 1 – Monday 17:00  / Mar 23 – May 25  
Section 2 – Monday 19:00 / Mar 23 – May 25
Section 3 – Friday 10:00 / Apr 10 – Jun 19

The course takes place at my studio, and classes last 90 minutes.
The cost is €300.  Space is limited to 8 participants per section.
